Selecting the Best Caregiver for Your Needs
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we are very good at it. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients. Perhaps more than in any other way, having an in-home Caregiver is where you “get what you pay for.”
Our Caregivers
The goal of Prosperity HomeCare Services is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. Think about how you would take applications from an interview that many people to find the right Caregiver. We hire applicants that have at least two years of caregiving experience and that have certifications (e.g. Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Medical Assistants, Certified Caregivers, etc); many are also retired nurses and other professionals. We recruit, hire and fire so you never have to. Of course, we don’t want to fire someone who we’ve invested so much time and money to recruit. But, as you’d expect, if they don’t do a good job in your home, we remove them immediately.
We Carefully Screen & Hire All of Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are W2 employees, not contractors. However, I will have contracted PCA as well. We conduct criminal background checks and verify employment references that help us check for kindness, honesty, and conscientiousness. It is our belief that our leadership, staff, and customers are always growing. Prosperity HomeCare Services leadership and staff regularly attend training in order to obtain new ways to grow and develop our services while providing care that exceed the expectations and needs of our clients.
If you don’t want to deal with the liabilities of hiring a private caregiver, let us do the hiring, training, supervising, and paying of your caregiver. On top of that, we provide insurance coverage to cover any damages our caregivers might inadvertently cause in your home.
